The Caravan Gallery's stop on their left bank tour of the Wirral Peninsula was an engaging addition to the Oxton Village market. Their focus on capturing the surreal aspects of everyday life aligns beautifully with the quirky and creative atmosphere of artisan markets. The handstand in the doorway by a young man encapsulates the spontaneity and joy that these gatherings often inspire.
Supporting Charities
Helping and supporting causes like IncuBabies and the UK North Blind Sailing Association reflects the strong community ethos many involved in the markets have. Events like the one hosted by Mayor Cherry Povall are a wonderful way to blend local culture, charity, and entertainment, with school and adult choirs adding a heart warming singing.
